Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to AO Benefits Group, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your health insurance inquiry, application, policy, and ongoing service from AO Benefits Group. Message content may include quote follow-ups, application status updates, appointment confirmations, plan information, renewal reminders, and customer service responses.

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from AO Benefits Group when you:

  • Submit your phone number through the contact form on our website and check the SMS consent box,
  • Provide your phone number during a phone call or in-person meeting with our team and verbally agree to receive text messages, or
  • Confirm by email or in writing that you want to receive text messages from us.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Mobile information and consent collected through any of these channels is used only by AO Benefits Group and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stage in the quoting, application, and service process. Active inquiries may receive several messages per week. Existing clients typically receive occasional messages tied to renewals, policy events, or replies to their own questions.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. AO Benefits Group does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message sent and received.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages from AO Benefits Group at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and we will stop sending you SMS messages. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by contacting us directly.

Supported Carriers

SMS service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AO Benefits Group will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
